Business & Leadership Coach and Speaker, Owner of Two Successful Businesses
Cyndi coaches to empower and inspire others to professionally and personally evolve and create success, harmony and well being in their lives. Her mission and purpose are simply to raise people’s consciousness so they may experience life at its best.
Cyndi grew up in Estill County, Kentucky, the oldest of four children. She has been married for 32 years and has one son. Professionally, Cyndi is a member of the John Maxwell Team as a certified Business & Leadership Coach and Speaker. The John Maxwell Company develops Coaches that provide the right tools to maximize your effectiveness, the right exercises to maximize endurance, the right applications to maximize stamina and the right training to maximize self growth. A JMT Coach can help someone discover blind spots in leadership, develop natural strengths, accelerate learning, improve critical thinking skills, improve interaction within a team and increase self-awareness.
Cyndi received her original coach training and certification in 2006 from the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) in Boulder, Colorado. CTA is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) of which she is also a member and a former member of the ICF Ohio Valley Board of Directors. The ICF is dedicated to the advancement of the coaching profession by setting higher standards and ethics for coaches. Prior to coaching, I received my BA degree in 1993 from Eastern Kentucky University in Paralegal Science. For several years, Cyndi worked at a private practice law firm, then spent the last three years of her legal career working for the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
Since 2006, she has coached to empower and inspire others to professionally and personally evolve and create success, harmony and well being in their lives. Her mission and purpose are simply to raise people’s consciousness so they may experience life at its best. She helps to break through barriers by defining what people want, make it easier, more fun so those she works with can see their lives start to change quickly.
Cyndi can also provide CliftonStrengths 34 Assessments and review. This assessment helps identify the areas where you (or your team) have the greatest potential for building strength. It measures recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behavior. Knowing this information is a starting point: leadership vision is then able to help individuals, teams and organizations leverage their talent and turn them into sustainable strengths. Research shows that people who know and use the CliftonStrengths are more engaged at work, more productive in their roles and are happier and heathier. Whether you are looking to improve yourself or if you are a leader wanting to empower your people to preform better, your efforts start with CliftonStrengths.
